Working from the beautiful wine country of Northern California, CSG is a female-led consulting team specializing in the cosmetics, food, supplements, CBD and cannabis industries.

Angie and Mary each have over 30 years of experience in managing operations, food safety and quality compliance in the food and botanical supplement industries. More recently, we’ve been helping small, hemp CBD and cannabis start-ups in meeting local and state regulations and getting their operations going.

We LOVE what we do! Not only are we passionate (NERDS!!!) about what we do, we want to share what we know with all of you. Our “work” has allowed us to visit the most amazing places in the US, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and Asia. We’ve audited operations from farms/ growers to processors to commercial manufacturing facilities and have met the most amazing folks along the way!

In our roles, we have developed and implemented systems, policies, procedures and have helped in the design, selection and implementation of equipment and manufacturing facilities for organic and conventional manufacturing. We have assisted with the development of new products from the research and development stage, to the test pilot stage to the full implementation in manufacturing. We have hosted and assisted in inspections by state department of health, the FDA and other agencies such as OSHA, cannabis regulators, organic, kosher certifiers and other certifying bodies.

Especially in these stressful times of the COVID-19 pandemic, staying healthy through proper nutrition is key. Ensuring quality, safety and consistency of the food and supplements being produced is what we will help you achieve.
